7-day cash map

Fill by hand. Seven days only. Last reviewed September 29, 2026.

· How to use this map
Who this is for. A week that looks possible on paper and still may break on one day.
Who should skip this. If this month’s rent, utilities, food, or medicine are already uncovered, use I may not make this month’s bills instead of filling the grid.

Week starting through

Starting cash tonight (checking you can spend — not a card limit, not a pending hope): $

Day / dateIn — what, $Out — what, $Running cash

First day the running total goes below zero:

That day is a housing / utility / work / other day (circle one).

One change I can make for that day, or I leave this sheet for the bills path:

Rules on this sheet. Write take-home deposits, not salary. Leave hoped-for money off. Do not write a credit limit in the In column. If you will still buy food, write the food. One change, not five. A request to move a due date is not a skipped payment until the issuer confirms.

Read the method: A 7-day cash map. If the hole is a card due date, see Playbook: move the due date.
